Solo show technical requirements.

I would like permission to put screw hooks in the walls and the ceiling in the project space.

(I will plaster ,sand down and paint over afterwards. ) I have tested the screw hooks and they can hold the weight of the objects easily.
I would like some help with instalment of the objects (Hanging on the walls and the ceiling.)
I will make sure everything is measured right and prepared prior to installation.
I would like to use the ladder possibly, and If I do , I would like for some technical support with it.
I would like to paint some wall areas in red if that is possible. I am interested in painting the corner between the door to the corridor and the fire exit. I am willing to look for compromises that could possibly work if painting is not possible at all.
(Bright red emulsion or any other paint that would be more suitable in matt.)
I would like permission to paint the walls white in the areas that might have been stained, and the same for the floor in grey.(Floor to be mopped prior to that.)

I am currently looking at another option – vinyl stickers, which I would like to stick to the wall and the floor as a background. I would like permission to stick vinyl stickers on the wall and a small area on the floor or some self adhesive paper.
Vinyl stickers are a final choice.
I am still planning the layout of the room and I will probably need to start installing a day before the solo show, as I will have quite a few pieces that I will not be able to store in my space unfortunately.
I hope that would be possible, I will book out the project space a day prior to the solo show.
I would like to ask for some help with the instalment and “unpacking” the objects as they are quite fragile.

I will not block the fire exit.
